Fab apartment. Everything you could want including a washing machine which came in handy before we moved on. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well kept. Bed comfy. We particularly loved the great views from the good sized balcony and sitting out watching early morning swimmers some still out into late evening. Izaak very friendly and helpful when we asked a couple of qs about facilities in the location.

The location was excellent - far enough from the road to ensure a peaceful stay, yet within walking distance of a great café, a store, a vegetable market, and one of the best beaches in Tivat. Free parking was provided. The host was polite and provided us with all the necessary explanations. The room had a kettle and dishes, as well as a washing machine, although we didn't use it. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony with a view of the bay. The bed was very spacious but slightly squeaky. Our daughter loved sleeping on the bunk bed on the top, she was thrilled by this little adventure.

Took me a while to write a proper review. The apartments are perfect: every small detail is on its place, even the smallest one. The owners are super sweet and always here to help. The positioning is ok, especially when you get used to local bus, but I've used taxi most of the time. Also it's important to mention, that it's not in Tivat. It could cause some troubles, but as mentioned you will get there pretty easily. Plus the privilege to have sea right in front of your house is outstanding.

The great thing about this apartment is location because of its easy connection to city like Tivat; Kotor is just behind and also there is a ferry like 400m from apartment so you can cross to other side and check out other side (Herceg Novi, Bijela, Porto Novi). I'll add also prices of transport: There's a bus literally stopping next to facility and its 1 euro to get to Tivat, like i said Kotor is in other direction and its 1,50 euro. The ferry is 15 euros for car and free if you're going by foot. Taxi for Tivat is about 10 euros or less. For Kotor is more like 30 or less if he turns on taximeter and you should always go by taximeter because if you ask for fixed price, they can rip you off. The owner of the facility is very friendly and he's there to help you if you need. For its price, apartment is great. Its very peaceful to sleep there. There's also like a private sector of beach that's used by few people that own houses in the small area and its 10 meters from this one. There are deck chairs and parasols for people to use and its very clean. I would just add that if you have fragile feet, it can be difficult to get into or out of sea because of its rocks. I would also want to grade their food. The breakfast is amazing and I suggest to book with it, but if not, you can pay extra. You get a big wooden circle, like a cutting board and there's everything a person needs, from protein to sweets. There's also a option for a dinner and I tried meat and its great. I'm not exaggerating by saying this, its really that good. Also when you're dining, you have a great view of the sea and its very pleasant to wake up there and relax, eat or what ever you do. The cleanliness of rooms is unexpectedly clean. In rooms you have everything you need for your stay and there's not much to say about this. There's a girl that's helping clean the apartment and she's very kind and helpful.
