I can't stress this enough, but honestly one of the few Maltese hotels that is the best at hotel industry services. Even when they have interns and trainees, you really notice their passion for providing you the best service with a smile. The rooms are as always in a great state, the design is quirky and colorful and always brings a smile to my face. The beds are great and the bathroom clean. A big plus for my stay this time was the jacuzzi. Holm is the only hotel that I'll actually try to make time for staying at the hotel and use my room and facilities, rather than being outside as much as I can. Room service had left a surprise popcorn bag for my last night and made sure I got notes on cleaning service and other important things if I would have had a do not disturb sign on or was out of the hotel. They do enough to stay involved, without getting too involved which is nice. The night receptionist made me a breakfast package that I could bring with me to my early flight because I would have to leave at 4:30 and not manage to have my last flight. He was also dealing with some super loud guests that night that had the whole hotel awake, managed to fix that and then still did his job with a smile. Also a tip, make use of that spa! It's small but always super quiet and relaxing and the staff there is also, you've guessed it, super helpful. Price quality wise; really worth it especially if you use it for your whole stay. I came back double as relaxed than I was hoping for so thanks again Holm team. You've made my stay amazing again and I will definitely be back.

Very good stay in this hotel in San Giljan. Many thanks to the room, reception and security staff, who were all very smiling, attentive and professional. I'll be happy to come back here the next time I'm in Malta. The room was superb, very clean, lots of choice for breakfast.
