This was a fantastic hotel, one of the best we've stayed at. Everything was clean and well thought out. It felt like someone well planned the room and property. Everything in the room (outlets, light switches, towels, etc) was easy to find. Everyone on staff was super nice. And the location was great, right on the main square. We stayed here for Dia de Muertos and we were able to see both parades from the balcony of our room. I don't think that's an option for every room in the hotel, but it was a nice bonus.

Staff were very friendly. Outdoor pool was clean and warm in a lovely setting. There was a full breakfast. Everything was very relaxed. The setting was beautiful. Highly recommend.

It was good. Had a good variety and if you needed something extra the stuff was there to get it for you. Overall it was very good. Taste and quality wise was very good.
