The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. When there was an issue with the balcony door in my room that couldn't be fixed immediately, they upgraded me to a different room. The Aircon wasn't cool enough so on request an additional fan was provided. Balcony views to the street were incredible. Great location right in the city centre. Everything was good about our stay except that the pool was being renovated when we stayed, which was nowhere mentioned when made the booking. In fact, we specifically booked the hotel, because it had a pool. However, the receptionist offered a cancellation or an upgrade of our room.
