We checked in very late, at 2 am. The staff was considerate and let us check out later than noon. There was 24-hour food ordering for room service. The bed was so comfortable. The aircon was cool enough. The hotel was conveniently located, only 4 minute walk to Queensbay Mall.

Great hotel! Clean, spacious, modern, beautiful bathroom and amazing staff! I would absolutely recommend it as it really ticks all the boxes. Relatively close also to the airport which was great!

The outdoor pool/gym area was great, spacious and very clean. The room itself was huge and spacious with a balcony overlooking the city. Washing machine was great aswell as kitchen area, after travelling for two months straight this was a great place to rest for a while.
