    The location of course! very convenient to be in the same building as mall. room is an apartment, well equipped with fridge, washing machine and cooker. no water bottles, u hv to take the water from the water cooler. i came with expectation to use the facilities but unfortunately they renovated that area 1 day prior to my arrival. so cant comment much on that.
