The check in was smooth even though at peak season. the room was amazing and comfortable, i had very good rest after long hour ride from perlis to taiping. the hotel restaurant had the very best crème brulé and it a must eat for me every time. the location near the attractions and easy access to mall. overall i love it.

    The location is right in front of Taiping Lake Garden (Taman Tasik Taiping), which has been name one of the most beautiful lake in Malaysia, and it really carry it's name. The tree across the road, branches touching the water, the reflection on the still water when no wind, the energetics morning with multiple exercise activities happening there, the morning sun ray shooting through the tree, the multiple rare bird species around the late. The hotel is also walking distance to the city center and multiple food place.

    The rooms were beautifully renovated and upgraded with more modern furniture. A massive improvement that was needed to refresh this iconic hotel. The parking attendant was very helpful in directing my massive car into their indoor parking. As always, love the location in front of the park. I kept going out for walks and to the cafes and eateries nearby.
