Superior customer service even telephoning me on the day of my arrival to see what time I could be checking in at reception or I could have paid & checked in online from an SMS. I loved the use of codes at the front door & my room door much better than keys. In the reception/dining area their are recycling tubs for everything! And a blackboard to keep track of the guests food waste. All day while they last was a plate of croissants and another with fresh apples. As much tea & coffee as you desire in the dining room 24/7. Fabulous decor with the bank history and theme cleverly used with the ultra modern.

Clean and comfortable, staff were great. Breakfast was by far the best i had at any hotel during my time in norway at this price.
