The Airport pickup service on electric van was excellent and punctual. The place has a great location in the very heart of the Thamel quarter. Easy access to restaurants, nightlife and Durbar square. The room is cozy and clean. Cost value is excellent. Panta (sorry for misspelling), the manager, showed interest about my travel plans and volunteered to give me excellent hotel advices in other cities and places. If again in the city I will repeat for sure.

To be honest, If there is any word which can describe - More than expectation and complete package of stay with satisfaction, Would say that for Kathmandu business hotel. Location, property, facility, peace, cleanliness, service, food, everything is excellent I would specially mention about the owner of the property Mr. Suman and staff at the reception, restaurant & bar all of them are so humble, active, co-operative. I shall surely be staying at Kathmandu business hotel next time.Its perfect for business tour, and family trip also.

Our stay was amazing at Thrive. We enjoyed a lot our Ayuverdic massage, the girls at the spa were great. Also the staff was very friendly, always taking care of our requests. Even when we were preparing to leave with a cab, one of the staff members approached us to help to talk with the driver and to open the gate for him so we can comfortably load the car with luggage. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Kathmandu! Also to mention that the hotel is centrally located so we were at walking distance for almost everything in the city! And not to mention the breakfast which offers a great variety of food, it changes daily.

Beautiful rooms. Very quiet for the location. Great location in Thamel. Extremely helpful staff. Great store next door to the hotel, Wild Yak Gear, for trekking clothes where they'll do alterations for you within a few hours.

    I really liked this hotel. Location is good. Close to Thamel and easy access to everything I wanted to do. At the same time it is tucked away from the rush of the city. Hotel itself feels brand new, I guess it was recently renovated. It has a great Tibetan feeling but modern at the same time. Staff professional but friendly and engaging. I would happily stay here on any future visits.

    location location! right on Durbar Square through a courtyard, very nice roof terrace with bar were we spent New Years Eve with view of Durbar Square and next morning baking in the sun, renovated restaurant and reception with modern furniture, nice renovated modern bathrooms, staff super super friendly
