An outstanding hotel, the best during traveling South America for in total 2 years! An amazing architecture fitting perfectly in Cusco‘s historical neighborhood San Blas with a very nice patio to relax, have a coffee or wine. The rooms are very nice with beautiful antique furniture, bed couldn‘t be more comfortable. The hotel includes the delicious restaurant Piedra y Sal providing a perfect breakfast with multiple options and a nice tiny bar. Amazing Spa-area with high-level massages in beautiful rooms. And still, the by far best about this place is the friendly staff, especially Oscar and his colleagues at the reception, always there for any questions and happy to help with any doubts. Absolutely recommendable!

It was our 2nd time visiting Cusco and this hotel. The staff are super friendly, special thanks to the restaurant staff Seyda, Alexander and Marcelo, who made the stay very memorable.

Beautiful location, stunning view from my room - I could see all of Cusco which was extremely nice at night. The whole hotel is as a 5* hotel should be.. no further comments :) Everything was wonderful, thank you very much!

I loved my stay at the property. The Novotel staff were amazing from the moment I stepped in, we had to book accommodation for that night due to issues with our previous accommodation. They got us into our room early at 9am while we enjoyed the amazing buffet breakfast, where again the staff were attentive. Every time we walked in and out of the hotel we were greeted with a smile and hello. We felt extremely safe here and wish we could’ve stayed a few more nights!

Staff was extremely helpful, Luis Zuniga helped me a lot and saved me as I struggled with altitude sickness. Everyone was extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and had medical staff readily available. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

We arrived at the place after being lied to at another hotel that did not suit us. We got a large and spacious studio room. There was a sitting area, a dining table and a small kitchenette. The place is modern and spacious. It was a pleasant change. The beds are comfortable. The staff did everything possible to make the stay more pleasant. The lady at the reception gave helpful tips, helped organize tours and transportation. Help us rent a wheelchair at a reasonable price, taxis and more. Every morning the breakfast was brought down to the room because mom had trouble going up the stairs to the dining room. All in good spirits.
