SwitzerlandThe staff and their warmth, their hospitality was the highlight of our stay. They accommodated our requests in every way possible and made sure that we had a relaxing evening after our long travel to Gilgit.
In fact, a few days later when our flight was cancelled, they welcomed our group and allowed us to wait at the hotel, even giving us a complimentary room to rest in.
