The hotel is very new and modern. The rooms are clean. It was actually one of the most luxurious hotels I've been to during my visit to Pakistan. The staff is very friendly and nice. They provide everything you ask for and immediately. The restaurant too was very clean and up to date and the food was great. All in all, it's a fairly new hotel and has the feeling of a 5 star accommodation in the West.

The hotel has undergone significant refurbishment since it visited it many years ago as the holiday inn. The hotel is significantly cheaper than the international chain hotels in Islamabad - thereby offering excellent value for money, while slightly quirky there are tremendous upsides: rooms are large and comfortable, staff are exceptionally polite - and were outstanding while our stay was involuntarily extended during the closure of airspace the last few days. The food was generally good not surprisingly the local dishes and rooftop bbbq were the standouts. What were really stood out was having an early morning check in with no issues, late check out, and complete flexibility given the flight uncertainty.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, took their time to guide me of key locations in Islamabad and surrounding areas. The beds were super nice and I did get good night sleep. views out of the apartment we're good, there was a sense of security during the stay so you will not need worry about that. Mall is literally at the bottom so you don't need to search for food as all options are readily at hand.

    Excellent hotel, very good location. Most 4 star hotels are more like 3 stars, but this actually felt like a 4 star hotel. Excellent service from the staff, as soon as I pulled into the parking the staff took out bags. They took the keys of my car and took care of the parking, and (as I was short of time) they took and got it washed for me. The place, and room, was immaculate. It must have been freshly renovated, exceptional condition. The breakfast was good, with nice seating/courtyard area. A nice stay.
