Extremely quiet location - far from all the noise (with the exception of sea waves - which are pleasant though). The hotel is spacious, and the surroundings (greenery) are well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Since it gets dark quite quickly in the winter, we had fun playing billiards and table tennis in the evening.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the sound of the waves made it so relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed for unwinding. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant served delicious food with stunning views. Being just steps from the beach was a huge bonus. The hotel really offers it all! The rooms themselves are super nicely decorated and modern, the breakfast in the morning offers local products and can be customized to one‘s liking, there is nice restaurantes as well as a beach close by, it really has it all! Most outstanding though is the super helpful and friendly customer service. We had some issues with our rental car and received outstanding help right away early in the morning. We would defined stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation on Sao Miguel :)

From check in to check out and everything in between it was amazing. We checked on at 10pm on New Years Eve in the middle of their New Years Eve party and they couldnt have been more accomodating! The staff are beyond wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was to die for. The views and ocean, breathtaking. Can't wait to go back!

Everything was immaculate — from hotel stuff to the cleanliness of the room. The hotel stuff managed to arrange a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. It was very special for him. And after every cleaning of the room we had a small surprise — a blanket bow on the bed, a handwritten card or a candy on the bedside table. Loved it so much!
