Service was excellent from all the staff. Big + for really hot sauna early in the morning ,and that I was reminded that when I arrived! :-) Easy to access and ok gym, not the biggest . but who cares when you can run through your program and get ready for the day?

Really friendly staff, beautiful furnishings, excellent breakfast in a gorgeous dining room...pool table, comfy beds, nice showers, gym on site. Stayed in lots and lots of hotels and this was one of my favourites. Could live here. Close to the centre of Falun an all.

Very comfortable, cozy, loved the tea selection in the room and also the breakfast was very very good and with a wide variety. Great location coming by car with lots of parking space and also suitable with bus. Very near to restaurants

Scandic is the best hotel chain. Perhaps a little pricey. But it's worth it. There is always a wheelchair at the entrance. There is always a chair for the disabled.

Quality Hotel Galaxen is 6 minutes' walk from Borlänge Central Station and 1.5 km from Kupolen Shopping Centre. It offers free access to its top-floor spa with sauna, hot tub and gym.

Perfect location, very clean, great breakfast a lot of choices, very friendly staff. All in all a good stay! Very nice spa area , free parking behind the building .
