Loved the waterfront view and the well designed apartment. The staff were extremely helpful, showed us where the elevator was to help us get our luggage up to our unit, and how to access the mini mart. The apartment had a fresh look, the bed was comfy, and the shower was a good one. The location was great and the staff told us what bus to catch into the city, and where to get off, just a six minute ride to city centre! Awesome to have a well equipped kitchen, good storage, and a washing machine.

What a lovely hotel on a fantastic location with the best staff!! Cudos to all reception staff, they are all extremely thoughtful and kind and special kudos to Cookie who welcomed us so warmly and was always up to help guests with a big smile. Installations in the hotel are modern and brand new and our room had a fabulous view to the pier, the room was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, well-organized plenty of options and very clean. Id definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly return if I ever come back to Gotenburg again ☺️ This is for sure the best hotel I had stayed in the recent couple of years. Absolutely loved it.

A nice giant Hotel with modern decorations! The breakfast was delicious. Even though there were some costruction works going on behind the hotel, it was pretty calm and the view from the 10th floor was mainly to the river.

YouTube in the tv room. A FREE shuffl table, I went to 3 hotel in Sweden and this was the only one with this. The view, the breakfast, the really nice reception. And during my stay there was an exhibition, I love art so I was happy.

    I choose the hotel because of the location - easy access to the airport by a taxi, and easy to reach from city centre by tram. The family room has four full size beds and can easily accommodate four adults. We appreciated the hair dryer, iron and extra beddings readily available in the room without further request. Delicious tartar steak in the restaurant (and other foods too). And the breakfast was good too :)

    The location is convenient, close to shops and public transport. Easy to reach city center. Breakfast was superb, great quality, long serving hours, great choice options and super tasty. Staff is polite and helpful, all speaking great English. There's coffee, tea and sweets available for the guests at all times.
