The room was very big and the bed was comfy. Cleaning ladies clean the room every day. There is a security guard at night. It's simple at its best. I also had left a shirt there by mistake and they took care of my shirt and told me to use grab app to take it back. Thanks for everything.

Amazing hotel, in the middle of the green lush. Everything was perfect, the rooms are so big and exactly like in the pictures. We loved the jacuzzi. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, always ready to pick us up from our villas to the reception with the buggy. We loved every minute of our stay and regretted it so much when we had to leave. It was not crowded or noisy, we used to relax at the pool with a drink in the evenings when we returned from the beach and before going out in the evening again. I highly recommend this hotel, a big thank you to the staff that made our stay very comfortable.

The location was great. I was training next door at dragon so it was ideal. The staff were super friendly & always so happy. The security guard in particular was so sweet 🤍The sun-beds were great in between sessions to relax. Overall it was great!

Clean room, very kind staff who go out of their way to help you! Amazing pool areas. Daily cleaning if you want. Very quiet and calm area but close to restaurants and a lovely café just a two minute walk from the hotel. Good restaurant in the hotel.

We loved staying at Arch39. The view from the room is phenomenal and the room is very big. Everyone was super nice and they waited for us as we arrived late in the evening to Check-in. if you want to visit the south of phuket the hotel has a really nice Location.

    Very good price-quality ratio. Very nice location with two swimming pools (one with jacuzzi) under the trees, with a nice view on Chalong Bay. Nice and clean rooms with air conditioning, breakfast was ok. Restaurant was nice with inside and outside tables with view on the pool and the sea. Possibility to book yoga classes and massages. Perfect for those coming to Phuket for diving/snorkeling departing from Chalong Bay

    We had the sea view suite with balcony spa bath and although was pleasant enough the room is a little dated and needs modernizing. The views over the sea and Chalong were great as was the overall size of the room and it was a peaceful location. Bathroom was nice and modern. 2 pools to use which neither were overcrowded so plenty of beds etc and parking was great as we had a scooter we hired.
