Large hotel with lots of parking on site. Very clean hotel. The room was large and the bathroom was adequate. The staff are very efficient and super friendly.

We have a room way bigger than expected! a nice upgrade with perfect view on top floor. Besides, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is nice with various options! It would certainly the best choice for us if visiting Taoyuan again.

The staff service level is one of the best I have seen. I stayed with my elderly family members, and the staff are attentive to our requests. The front desk manager, Miss Lee, even helped us to get a Uber taxi, and helped my parents to bring out the luggage (as they are old). Special thanks to Miss Lee! You're the Best!
