The bed was awesome and super comfy. There was a sign in the room that they were testing out new beds. Bathroom lighting for applying makeup was great.

I couldn't even stay in the room for three minutes. The room was very smells and the window full of dead bugs and broken doors. Over price for a place like that. I had to find another hotel near by which was a very clean place and pay less money. To me that place could have been renovated before getting into business. The clerk at front did not even ask me why did I leave right away and even offer me a refund. That place was the worst place I have never seen in business.

The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean, the matress was very comfortable. In the morning there is complementary coffee. The hotel is located close to the convention center, shopping mall. nice gym.

Beautiful lobby in hotel. Our room was a suite and was very spacious. Beds were really big and so comfortable. Had breakfast in the coffee shop attached to property. very good value. couldn’t fault the hotel in any way.

Loved this hotel! Great location in downtown. Gorgeous rooms and loved the smell that went around the hotel. The red hallways are a tad creepy but fun!
