The service is excellent, very attentive and kind people make you feel at home. All of them, the girls and boys in reception, in restaurant, every where. They speak good English. I am sorry I didn’t get the names, but I love them. Location is very good, in Old Quarter but not exactly in the middle, so it is not noisy. They also give you advice or book for several tours. I had a cooking class and was excellent as well. Breakfast was excellent also. Even it is a very small place, you can ask something from the menu and is also included for free. I stayed 3 days and ate the most delicious Pho!! I need to congratulate the Chef. Oh, at the side of the hotel is a Circle K store. So you can buy your own drinks and snacks. Laundry is cheap, efficient and good. Price? I could say it is a bargain, because the ratio of price/benefit, but don’t tell the owners. 😅. I will definitely come back.

All of the staff was exceptional! Particularly Emily, who helped us to arrange tours and transportation, from the moment we booked, and since we arrived, Aiden, who was always there to help us with all the arrangements of our trips and anything we might have needed, and Christina, who was very helpful and friendly! Super sweet staff that helped me with everything. They gave me a free room upgrade. Gave great recommendations for local restaurants/cafes. Location was very central, right in the old quarter, but I didn’t hear anything from the busy area in my room. Room looked very nice and clean. Would come back here for sure

We really liked staying at Sena Boutique hotel. The room is very clean, and the pho at breakfast was amazing. Also, we lost our luggage at the airport, and the staff was extremely helpful helping us out with this problem. I would recommend Sena Boutique hotel to everyone!

    We loved our stay at L’signature!!! It is a newly built hotel in a fantastic location in the old quarter. Modern, stylish and clean. My favourite aspect however was the staff. They were lovely, attentive, welcoming & Leo gave us a tailored list of local food recommendations which we then based our entire week in Hanoi around… and they were all 10/10. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

    Extremely neat and fresh. Amazing large room and bathroom... we had a deluxe suite with a balcony. Super sized bed! This is a very new hotel and is modern and refreshingly roomy. Staff.. Mr John and Mr William and Ms Annie were most helpful. Breakfast plentiful with a good variety. Location in Old quarter.. usual street noise but bearable. Stay here... amazing value for money.. perfect location.. you will not be disappointed

    Location is not in the Old Quarter but near enough to visit it easily.(Having stopped in the Old Quarter previously it was a bit hectic for us) Brand new hotel so all linen & towels were high quality and unused. Nicely renovated hotel although still doing some finishing touches. Rooftop pool a bonus in this location at this price. Breakfast was surprisingly great. For what we paid this is a great option despite the slight negatives.
