The meals were very delicious. The accommodation is very close to where you can catch the basket boat. Ask the ENSO Retreat Hoi An to book the basket boat on your behalf, and the operator will pick you up and drop off by motorcycle, which is very convenient. Remember to bring a swimsuit, there is a beautiful swimming pool in front of the room. The service staff at the resort are very friendly and can communicate in fluent English. Some service staff even tried to communicate with us in Chinese and provided us with perfect service. Everything is great.Even though I have left , I still miss the good service of s ENSO Retreat Hoi An .

The hotel has an amazing peaceful location, surrounded by nature but still on walk or cycle distance from Hoi An old town. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and spacious. The balcony and the swimming pool area are great places to enjoy the sun and relax. The staff is very helpful with booking trips and transport and they are all very friendly. Special thanks to Nee for her support during our stay.

Just everything! Room was big and nice. Staff the best met in Vietnam, very helpful and caring. Spa was very good. Breakfast nice, a lot of choices and fruits. Like paradise in the middle of village. Coconut village is 10 min by bike away, so would recommend to go for boat ride.

Loved that we had a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning which we preferred during the evening. Comfortable bed and best quality bedding. Lovely breakfasts. Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed a delightful deluxe pedicure with a view of the pool and gardens bliss!

    A hotel situated next to rice fields, modern, clean, and with a wonderful and very helpful staff. The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, only a 5-7 minute taxi ride or 15 minutes by bicycle, but its location and the presence of a large pool make it a privilege. If you want to have a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, in nature, it's an excellent choice. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

    Impressive hotel, elegant m, modern, clean, great international and local breakfast with a lot of opportunities. Friendly and professional staff help me to book a couple of day trips, and a cooking class. It’s 10minutes to bike to the beach, An Bang, and 15 minutes walking to the city center. Maybe the best quality price/ratio ever.
