It is a nicely decorated hotel in Chinese style with all the amenities. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast is exceptional. To highlight the friendliness of the staff, particularly Huong Hoai Ngoc at the reception.

This is a really great hotel, in a great location. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was served overlooking the pool and the food was delicious. The staff were all so friendly and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs, from booking tours, drivers and spa treatments. The breakfast was varied, comprehensive and covered both Western and Eastern needs. We also appreciated the room service and even the fact that they accommodated us after hours. The location is perfect with just a brief 5-10 minute walk to various cafes and restaurants. Finally, the jacuzzi is an amazing bonus and experience. We used it every night we were there and treated ourselves to a very affordable full-body treatment on the last day of the year. It was such a wonderful experience, that we will now make it our 'go to' hotel when we return to Hue.

great location on the river. I had a river view room, great views. great location to get good street food, fantastic Bahn Mi Lady 2 minutes walk away. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was nice, very good choice of food.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the staff really make it feel like and higher class accommodation, not just another hotel. The rooms aren't super big but big enough to be comfortable and gorgeous. The balcony and the yard are just awesome! The pool looked great, though unfortunately we didn't have pool appropriate weather.

Beautifully elegant rooms , spotlessly clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom. Hotel pool was gorgeous and very welcoming but also grand. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very well situated, close to lots of shops, restaurants and bars but still quiet.
