I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Pristina Hotel. The staff were friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The sauna and ice bath were great for relaxation after exploring. The location was perfect for peace and quiet, yet close to main attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and quality!

The front desk staff upon check in was incredibly courteous. The room was comfortable, quiet, and easy to navigate. The spa was fabulous. The pool was clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The amenities available in the spa were excellent. I had a massage and it was calming. The breakfast option was delicious.

This was a real apartment, clean, with a good view up to the snow covered mountains. When something was not OK with the WiFi, I got a new router in the room within minutes. You could even make yourself a cup of tea in the morning before breakfast

This was our 2nd time at this hotel and it is a really cool and nice place to stay while you are in the capital of Kosovo. Right in the coty center so position is perfect. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are really comfortable.

    High quality hotel with fantastic and helpful staff. The location is 5 minutes from the bus station which is very convenient (although about 20 minutes to city centre). Rooms are spacy, nice supermarket is nearby. Great gym is included in the price which is a really nice add-on.
