Immediately upon arrival, our stay was made more pleasant by the lady at the reception, who was very nice, helpful and full of energy. For the price I paid, it was unbelievable what I could use in the hotel, a wonderful wellness area outside and inside, and fitness center and also a garage. the suite was very huge and had a very beautiful view on the mountains. we will definitely come back again soon. thank you

Xalet Bringué Hotel is located in the Andorran Pyrenees mountain village of El Serrat. The attractive wood and stone building has designer interiors, while outside the terraces offer panoramic views.

The Bringué’s rooms have flat-screen TVs and contemporary art works. They also have safes and heating. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

There are nearby bus links to the airports and the ski slopes. The city centre is within walking distance. Perfectly located, extremely clean, large family rooms, great onsite restaurant, and we had the best experience with the staff. We did not have time to prepare our ski itinerary in advance, but the wonderful gentleman at reception was able to provide all of the details to help us have the perfect day. He told us which ski resort was good for our level, which bus to take, and even restaurant recommendations in the area.

Staff was very friendly, and always supportive. Dinner and breakfast either inside or on the terrace, offering views over Seu d’Urgell, was great. Breakfast buffet is diverse (some hot dishes, and plenty of other offers). There’s also a nice path through the woods that takes you down and into town. Definitely staying on our repeat list.

The property is 8.1 km from Meritxell sanctuary, and within 400 metres of the city centre. It is an amazing hotel!!Upon availability we had our upgrade to our Rome so it was a fantastic issue. Room and all staff of the hotel made our holiday an exciting adventure. People are very kind and respond to any issue. Also the position of the hotel is great for walking in city center.
