The rooms are clean, with all necessary modcons for a pleasant short or long stay, the bed and pillows very comfortable, and most of all, the staff, who was simply amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Special shoutout to Yousef, Abdul-Aziz, and Osama from front desk who were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early, to Mahfouz (restaurant manager) who took a meticulous care of the hotel’s restaurant, to chef Hassan for the delicious and scrumptious food, offering a wide variety of dishes during breakfast (including live cooking options), lunch and dinner, and to Sajeep, the barista.
