The manager Rami was very quick to respond to one of my requests for assistance, and I really appreciated how seriously they took my request!

Beautiful hotel, great staff (special mention goes out to Panashe and Gyan and others whose names i have forgotten - everyone was an absolute joy to interact with..!!!), contemporary setting, comfortable and beautiful room on the 12th floor with amazing city views. To me personally - this hotel is the best located in the whole Marina. The views are breathtaking. The room is way better than what's on the pics - loved chilling on the balcony at night. The hotel is close to all amenities:- mall, restaurants, walking track, metro, etc and we had the best morning and evening walks. Great value for money. Will definitely be coming back.! This Dubai vacation was amazing and the hotel made it extraordinarily amazing. !!!

Again, the staff were great with our early check out, supporting us in booking a big taxi for our luggage and organizing the ‘breakfast on the go’ so we had something to eat before our journey.
