The hotel is perfect for relaxing. It has any kind of comfort one can think. We loved the Spa during our stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a large and comfy sofa, and a nice balcony. Beds were extremely comfortable and very large. Staff was very helpful, cheerful and prompt to meet any requests we could have. Breakfast was huge and very tasty. Perfect value quality-money. A special thanks to the guys at the reception who help us a lot navigating the roads on Tirana.

The breakfast was a great breakfast buffet with coffee made by the staff and a giant croissant with delicious filling. Ladi rooms are located just above Ladi mensa, which served delicious and filling meals for cheap, great traditional food on a budget. The city center was around 30 minutes by foot. The owner was incretibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us deliver forgotten airpods that got lost between the bedsheets and sent them to us back home on their own expense.

The hotel is fantastic, with an excellent service team. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Albania. We highly recommend it.

Best Western Premier Ark Hotel is located in front of the Tirana Airport and provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access. Just next to the airport (by foot!), perfect for late arrivals. Super gentle staff and the facilities are almost luxurious for the price.

This is a lovely, modern hotel – everything feels fresh and clean. Our room was really spacious, and the location is great: in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the city center. A special thank you for preparing a gluten-free breakfast upon request. They went out of their way to buy specific items for my wife’s dietary needs, and we truly appreciate that kind of care. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely wanted to help with anything we needed. ❤️ And the value for money is outstanding – it’s hard to find anything better in Tirana at this level! If we come back to Tirana, we’ll definitely stay here again.
