We especially enjoyed the children’s playroom where there was a staff member to play with the kids every day while the adults hung out at the bar (thank you Shushan, my kids loved you!).

The location was serene and away from the main road. My family and I enjoyed the welcoming and helpful staff members, they treated us like family. The meals reminded me of my grandmas cooking and I took every bit of the fresh Sevan air in while enjoying our meals.

The Writers House is an extraordinary place and extraordinary architecture. Its not a luxurious hotel, but a basic accomodation with great bonuses: the building in style of Soviet modernism, breathtaking views from both the rooms and the dining room, own path to the monastery and last but not least the lovely and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay, my room was renovated and clean and food was tasty. Thank You!
