What I loved about this hotel and stay was Vali's world class customer service. She is an incredible host, so warm and friendly but also totally focused on giving the best possible experience. I arrived much earlier than planned and because my room had already been cleaned was allowed access. Vali was also super helpful answering any questions I had a about Schruns; where to go and how best to enjoy my visit. The hotel is SO convenient for the train station and town centre but also feels like a haven of peace and tranquility; with a lovely feel to it. It REALLY did feel like home from home for a night. Its is super clean and the rooms are well stocked with small touches that make you feel welcome and cared for. Such a positive and uplifting experience and I will definitely be back!!

Set in Gaschurn in the Montafon Valley, Apartments Tschanun is 400 metres from the Silvretta Montafon Cable Cars. I spent my 10-day holiday in Montafon. I have never been disappointed at the quality of Austrian hotels, but that one even exceeded my expectations. Spacious, well-equipped, well-maintained and tidy. Beautifully situated close to the centre of Gaschurn and a fantastic view around. If you don’t like shopping, there is an Honesty Bar with some necessary food items as well. Homemade cake stood there for! everyone to self-serve! Yummy! After hiking day, you can rest in the sauna or the swimming pool, very nice! Thanks to host family, you feel like home…..sorry, that’s not true – you feel much, much better! Thank you, Katrin and Hannes, Hanna and Luis!!!
