The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, helped us with everything we needed, from recommendation of where to go, food and more, and everything with a real willingness to assist. The design of Jack is very unique and makes you smile and chill from the minute you step in :). The bar and the food in Jack's place were great as well - and sitting for a beer after a long day out is just perfect.

The room was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable . The view from the balcony was amazing. The private sauna was also very nice. The staff was welcoming and very easy to reach via WhatsApp. The location is great, close to the town center. The restaurant recommendations by the hotel were very good.
