They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I arrived, everything felt well-organized, exceptionally clean, and had a warm, personal touch. The service was outstanding in every aspect—friendly and attentive staff, excellent housekeeping, efficient check-in and check-out, and a team always willing to offer great recommendations for things to do in town. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it extra special, which was such a thoughtful touch. The spa facilities were a highlight—there’s a beautiful heated outdoor pool with drink service, as well as an indoor spa area with saunas and a steam room, all kept impeccably clean and truly relaxing. The hotel’s modern facilities, comfortable rooms with cozy beds, and charming little balconies made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from one of the main gondolas for skiing, with the rest also within walking distance. Being right in town meant we had everything we needed close by. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant several nights, and the food was absolutely delicious—we kept coming back for more! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Located in the centre of Hinterglemm, Hotel das Zwölferhaus 4 Star Superior is just a 1-minute walk from the ski slopes and the Zwölferkogelbahn Cable Car. Spotless place, super comfy, food was out of this world, and the crew was top-notch. I’d snap it up again in a sec if I had my dates straight.

Hinterglemm’s Hotel Almrausch offers guests saunas, an infrared cabin and steam bath. I loved the staff. So kind and helpful! And the location, literally perfect. We arrived very late, almost midnight, and they had left food in our room.
