We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

We particularly appreciated the spa area, quiet and pleasant with several different saunas. Would definitely recommend the hotel to both business and leisure travellers, and look forward to returning the next time we are in Kitzbuhel.
