Breakfast is buffet style. The Old Town Hotel exceeded my expectations during my five-day stay. The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. They helped with recommendations, travel assistance and with anything I needed during my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Sarajevo, located in Bascarsija and close to everything. The rooms are extremely comfortable. As a person who spends most of the day walking and exploring, it was nice to return to the hotel to find a comfortable room, kettle and tea and a wonderfully hot shower to refresh myself before going to dinner. I was extremely impressed by the breakfast. There is a wonderful combination of eggs, cheeses, meats, croissants and bread, yogurt, coffee and juice. The breakfast room is very comfortable and a fantastic value to my stay. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo. This was my first visit to Sarajevo since 1994 and I will return and stay at the Old Town Hotel. Highly recommend!

The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 400 metres from Bascarsija Street. This 4-star apartment offers private entrance. I normally can’t be bothered to leave very detailed comments but this stay is truly amazing. The property was very clean. And the host was very nice, responsive and helpful. I’ve asked for the pickup at the airport and our flight was late for more than 30 minutes. The host had no complain about it and was super nice and patient. He also talked us some history of the city while driving us home which was very helpful. On the checkout date, the host drove us to the bus station and helped us with check-in at the bus station. Otherwise, we wouldn’t know we need to get extra platform tickets in order to get in. The host also set up a beautiful bed and some nice sweets for my daughter. She absolutely enjoyed them (maybe too much 😂） The location of the apartment can’t be better. It is so close to the old town but very quiet during the night. The host also gave good recommendations of local restaurants which we have tried and enjoyed as well. So thank you so much for hosting us and I absolutely recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to Sarajevo.
