Excellent stay! without a doubt the best I’ve had in Bosnia, the bar is set very high! From the very beginning, the transfer from the airport to the apartment went perfectly. Aida, the host, is extremely warm and welcoming. The apartment smelled wonderful upon arrival, and the fragrance lasted throughout the entire stay. Everything is thoughtfully prepared for comfort: spotlessly clean, slippers, toiletries, tea, coffee… nothing is missing. The apartment is close to the center and all amenities, which makes it very convenient. Aida is very responsive to messages, always available and attentive. The little booklet provided is a real bonus: it includes great recommendations and tips, which allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. A perfect place that I 100% recommend!

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect—close to Old Town. The hotel amenities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend Hotel Aziza to anyone visiting Sarajevo and would definitely stay here again!
