Situated in an old country residence amidst a green park, this charming B&B offers luxurious, bright guest rooms and a great location in Spa, not far from the train station. Our stay was wonderful. Milou, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The villa is beautiful and set in a peaceful location, yet just a short walk from the center. The breakfast was exceptional.

Completely renovated for its reopening on 24 August 2022, the Roannay is located in Francorchamps, 800 metres from the mythical Spa-Francorchamps racetrack and 10 minutes from the Thermes de Spa. • The people working the reception were incredible. Always friendly and trying to accommodate requests. They went above and beyond especially when I was not feeling well. • The race track can easily be reached by walking and you avoid being stuck in traffic for hours

The hotel restaurant was very pleasant too (though I only tasted a main dish, got there a bit late). Everything was very clean, good bed and great room. Perfect stay! Everything was done to make the stay comfortable! Good breakfast too…

I was part of a group of cyclists staying for one night in the hotel. To our surprise, there was a gorgeous and secure bike facility (with a wash stand) underneath the hotel. We all enjoyed our stay here, and had a nice meal at the restaurant. Everything was well done.
