The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was tasty and the spa facilities were good. The pool with hot mineral water was perfect temperature (around 38 degrees) for the winter. We had an amazing stay!

During summer, you can dine on the restaurant’s terrace. Amazing luxury, cleanliness and food at half board. Breakfast and lunch were like a 5 star hotel.

Great spa facilities, breakfasts was my personal highlight (a large choice of OVERYTHING, and the daily large honeycomb straight out of the hive was truly exceptional) extras are not overpriced which was a pleasant surprise at the checkout. Any technical issues are resolved very quickly and in a friendly manner(we though we had a broken light and the technician was sent immediately) turned out the mistake was on our side - we didn’t put place the access card in the card holder, the technician faced our silliness with relief and happiness. Unforgettable experience 💯

Super value for money compatible with more expensive hotels in Veligrad. We had a wonderful time, very clean, lovely pool/steam room/sauna and jacuzzi, temperature of the water was lovely. Food was very good both a la carte and the buffet with a good DJ on the Friday night. Location is very good at the centre of town. Will visit again.

But the best was the amazing staff, who were so friendly and helpful. They made sure we have everything we needed to have a great stay.

Great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony. The view was very beautiful, looking at the Batak lake. Delicious and high quality breakfast and dinner. All facilities were very well kept - the restaurant, the spa, the warm indoor pool! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is 10 times better than all overpriced hotels in the near town of Velingrad! Definitely coming back soon!
