The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile and making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, offering the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail in the room décor made it feel luxurious and serene. The food was exceptional – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with real passion. Dinner was a culinary highlight each evening, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of high-quality options, from fresh fruits to warm dishes and pastries. There was something for every taste, and everything was delicious. The spa and pool areas were absolutely divine. Crystal-clear pools, relaxing loungers, and a soothing atmosphere made it easy to disconnect from the outside world. Whether swimming, relaxing in the spa, or enjoying the wellness treatments, we left feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed.

The staff were very helpful in helping with information about the town and transport. The room was very comfortable and big. With plenty of room to sit and read or relax. The shower is spacious and packed with everything we needed. Breakfast was generous and tasty.

Boasting a total of 8 indoor and outdoor pools, Royal Spa Hotel is located in Chepino area in Velingrad. Great spa facilities, breakfasts was my personal highlight (a large choice of OVERYTHING, and the daily large honeycomb straight out of the hive was truly exceptional) extras are not overpriced which was a pleasant surprise at the checkout. Any technical issues are resolved very quickly and in a friendly manner(we though we had a broken light and the technician was sent immediately) turned out the mistake was on our side - we didn’t put place the access card in the card holder, the technician faced our silliness with relief and happiness. Unforgettable experience 💯

Spa Hotel Kleptuza in Velingrad is located next to Kleptuza Lake and offers you modern rooms with balcony, indoor and outdoor pools, its own spa area with sauna and steam bath and a restaurant with a... My family and I, we were in an apartment. It had two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms were big enough for all of us. It was nice and clean. The SPA center is not very big but new and very clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. We will visit the hotel again for sure.
