Additionally, there was no language barrier as the front desk staff spoke English fluently, which made communication effortless and enhanced my overall experience. I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff who assisted me during the check-in and check-out process, as well as during my stay, including helping me choose transportation. Despite language difficulties with locals, utilizing ChatGPT and Google Translate proved incredibly helpful for communication. I recommend other travelers download the 99 app for transportation in Curitiba, as it's convenient and easy to use. Additionally, consider using the Airalo app and purchasing a global e-SIM for seamless connectivity during travels. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Delicious breakfast - huge spread.The reception staff was friendly and tried their best to help in spite of the language barrier. The shopping centre next door came in handy - went there for dinner every night and also could purchase snacks for excursions at the grocery mall. The hotel has a travel desk - it was a bonus.
