The location of this hotel is beyond expectations. With the panoramic view from their rooftop we didn't need to pay extra for other panoramic view platforms. The heated swimming pool on the roof offers an extra enjoyment. It was comfortable to swim even in October while enjoying the marvelous view of Montreal at night. The rooms we clean, beds were comfortable, and it was a pleasant stay overall.

Featuring a fitness centre, Hôtel Quartier DIX30 offers rooms in Brossard, a 9-minute walk from Le Club Dix30. Built in 2018, the property is within 1.1 km of Étoile Banque Nationale. Location was great - easily accessible to the tram (Station Du Quartier) and surrounded by shops (food, grocery, shopping, etc.). The room was as shown in the pictures - clean, spacious and comfy!

The Mercer's commitment to providing outstanding service is clear, and Mr. Mohamed's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was evident in every interaction. We can't recommend this hotel enough.
