I was there in summer but it is also the perfect location for your winter ski adventure in Flims - the ski lifts are accessible from the same building complex.

The breakfast was amazing – a wide variety of choices, delicious food, excellent coffee, and impeccable service. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Absolutely percfect location - the ski lifts and the centre is within a short walk. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and pleasantly exceeded expectations with attention to detail.

The room we had included a sauna, hot tub and steam shower, it had lots of smaller rooms and has clearly been thought through as it is very unique in comparison to many other hotel rooms! It felt very premium, and the modern yet thoughtful architecture is really excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive and one the entrance was found the parking was good. The food was also very very good - best T bone steak I’ve ever had.

The accommodation offers 4-star accommodation with a spa centre. Superb hotel. Everything in the hotel was new. The rooms are big, have big beds, place to keep clothes, a desk, TV, a big bathroom with the wash basins. They were really quiet and warm. There is an underground parking free of charge. The food was above expectations. The variety and the quality is really amazing. There is both savoury and sweet option. In the afternoon, some food is also served in the hotel reception area which we really enjoyed. All the staff in the hotel were very hospitable. There is also a spa area which we didn't use and laundry. The hotel is a bit far from the center of Livigno, but if you come by a car it takes 7-8 minutes to reach the center. There is a bus station just in front of the hotel.

Guests are welcome to eat in the on-site modern restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, cocktails and high tea. The apartment was modernly to luxuriously equipped. The rooms were very spacious. The resort had a wellness area which I highly recommend (: The receptionist from the hotel kept in touch with us and took care of our satisfaction. I will definitely choose the same place in the future.
