The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

The hotel is kept clean and comfortable. The breakfast is so good for us, anyway, we recommend the hotel.
