Great hotel with an amazing view to the lake and Lucern. Very friendly and profesional staff!! Tasty food at the restaurant and closed attention to details. The breakfast had anything you want, a lot of variety. Deff recommend Hermitage, high class hotel !

Easy hiking to be done for more scenery views, weather is important, if it’s cloudy then you can’t see anything down. Dinner is 4 course meal, fantastic food on a high level.

Free WiFi access is available. My friend and I love our stay at the hotel. The hotel located a top of a hill so we enjoyed the landscape view for the lake of Lucerne and the mountains. Our room was with lake view, the sun rise and sun set was breathtaking from our room. Amazing delicious breakfast. From the hotel there is a funicular that gets you straight to town. Friendly, helpful and always smiling staff :)))

All modern rooms are fitted with granite floors, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. I was really lucky to book this hotel! Their spa was so nice and relaxing :) The rooms are pretty as well and the staff is friendly . Everything was clean, and the breakfast was tasty! Would stay again.
