The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. The staffs are perfect. They gave information more than enough. Without their advice I could not decide to go up the Mathehorn as soon as I arrived the hotel. The day after the weather was not good, so Mathehorn could not be seen. The spa was wonderful, and breakfast was also good. Lovely hotel.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The family room was spacious and offered a great view. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the game room, spa, and sauna facilities, which were absolutely amazing. The breakfast service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Staff at both front reception and restaurant were attentive and provided good information about Zermatt. The room and amenities are good. The double glass door and windows keep the room quiet even near to train station. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Zermatt/ Taesch.

The hotel features a sauna and a concierge service. We loved this hotel! It is definitely one of our favorites! The staff was amazing. Friendly , helpful, warm and lovely. From the moment Phillipe picked us up from the parking area we felt special! Our room was beautiful - clean and modern with everything we needed ! The balcony was lovely to sit on and look at the beautiful view! We loved walking through the woods to get to saas fe! The breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Beautifully presented. We ate a lA carte dinner one evening at the hotel and we are still talking about it! And they split all of our entrees up for us. We can’t say enough great things about this hotel. We can’t wait to come back ! Stay here when you come to saas fe!

Guests at Nomad by CERVO Mountain Resort will be able to enjoy activities in and around Zermatt, like hiking, skiing and cycling. Gorgeous Resort and spacious for a family of 4 with young children. The beds were well thought out. Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.

The whole experience wildly exceeded our expectations. The check in process was quick and easy and the whole team at the Apartment-Hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful. They contributed hugely to an exceptional customer experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished and very, very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were superbly equipped and when we did have some (minor) issues the team were able to resolve these promptly and with no fuss. There are no washing facilities in the apartment, however, there washing/drying facilities in the basement. The views from the balcony were amazing. We could park our car nearly and under cover, so it was in the hot sun. The are shops and restaurants nearby and the local cable car is just a short walk away. It's very near to the bus stop and the Saastal card that you get includes free travel on the local bus and on the Saas-Grund cable car. If I could rate this property an 11, I would. It is that good. I would happily stay there again and have no trouble in thoroughly recommending it. You won't be disappointed.
