The hotel is very nice, great location near the center of Puerto Varas, excellent view, specially in higher floors. But it also has a very nice terrace view place on the 8th floor with an incredible view of the whole city. Nice morning lake views.

We had an amazing stay. The view over the lake and the vulcano was wonderful, staff was super friendly, swimming pool was gorgeous, and the breakfast was great!

The breakfast was very good with a lot of selections. Room was big, had comfortable bed and bathroom. Internet was fast.
