During our stay, a tour was canceled due to the weather and thanks to Erkka we were able to take another option and still have an incredible day. The location was really good but helpful to have a car to get into the centre of town. Our hosts Helio and Luz were very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous views. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Hotel Costaustralis in Puerto Natales is the ideal choice from which to know the many attractions of Patagonia and Torres del Paine National Park. Location was great, down by the water. The room was very cozy and clean. It was quiet and a comfortable place the stay. The hotel was beautiful. The included breakfast was pretty good.
