The room had a stunning view of the mountains, and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better—right near the park entrance and nestled in a beautiful valley, just a short walk from the river. The spa is great, featuring a large pool, saunas, and relaxing massages. The food throughout our stay was very good. The cozy lobby with a fireplace and scenic view made it a great spot to unwind, we enjoyed spending some time on the outdoor terrace with a traditional music and lamb on the grill. Horse riding was a highlight for our kid.

Guests can enjoy the garden at this property, where they will find native plum trees and be able to try its fruit during the summer. We loved everything about Vinnhaus. it is cozy and beautiful. Nelson and Errka are the best, so kind and helpful. They helped with anything we needed. we stayed at Vinnhaus on 2 separate occasions during our trip and we’re so happy to be back.

We stayed 5 nights in total and in our 3 weeks in Patagonia this was our favourite hotel. It's a bit quirky, with a welcoming atmosphere, very pleasant staff and a great restaurant. All rooms and the restaurant have lovely views of the fiord, mountains, birds, fabulous geese and cute dog. 20 minutes easy walk into town (depending on the wind of course!).

Parking at the hotel and in town was easy. The hotel is new and has beautiful views and homy interior. Our room was spacious and comfortable and with a view 😊. The owner gave us great recommendations. He helped us with all the bookings (car, excursions, restaurants). Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Costaustralis in Puerto Natales is the ideal choice from which to know the many attractions of Patagonia and Torres del Paine National Park. Clean and lovely, the staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was the perfect with an omelet station and fresh bread and juice!

Located in Punta Arenas, one of the most southernly points in Chile, Hotel Diego de Almagro offers accommodations on the coast of the Magellan Strait. Free WiFi access is available and guests are served a complimentary breakfast daily. Great price and location. The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.

Free WiFi access is available and guests are served a complimentary breakfast daily. Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.
