Not only the location is perfect, the rooms are very spacious and with all the right stuff, but their staff is their biggest asset. They were all kind, smily, helpful and nice people. Never a bad attitude from anyone, and they were all very empathetic. The rooms were beautiful, the restaurant was excellent like a great fine dinning, some promos were even cheaper than downtown, the amenities were impressive and walking across the road to the beach was a dream come true. Falling asleep listening to the ocean waves and watching the beautiful sunsets from my room balcony were memories that I will forever hold in my heart. I will come back every time I travel to Chile.
