The attention to detail, warm and friendly staff. Maria picked us up from the airport and showed us around the area and always made us feel at home. Sebastian was awesome and easy to chat with and basically all the staff were great! Our room overlooked the town and we loved it.

It seemed like nothing was too much of an ask. Our room was great and the patios a nice place to relax. Our bed was AMAZING, and we have a Temperpedic at home. So I'm a bit of a mattress snob, lol. The tours they provided us were private and Tito was really cool. He had that energy that he was attentive but not overly so you could have romantic moments to yourself.

It was very safe, clean, organised and the location was excellent. The staff was always willing to help us and they made excellent recommendations.

Boasting a fitness centre and a bar, Novotel Viña Del Mar is situated in Viña del Mar, 800 metres from Playa Acapulco. The location was great with parking but you can walk to many nearby places. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was great on location. The only problem was the wifi was down for a few hours but that an exception.

Location was great. Walking distance to cafes and beaches. Breakfast was nice. We didn’t have meals at the restaurant but wine and pisco sour at the bar were excellent.
