The kids enjoyed themselves very much and said this is the best hotel they have ever stayed in. The front desk was very helpful, too. We had an early flight before breakfast time. They helped to arrange the breakfast takeaway at 5.30 AM. Really appreciate it. It is well connected to the airport departure. Highly recommend for the family stay.

We had an amazing time in Somerset Future Center Wuhan and we would recommend it! We got a room upgrade for free and our room had a nice view. The breakfast was also included and it was fresh made everyday. The staff was friendly and the communication was incredible and fast. The location was convenient and the mall was easy to reach with the elevator.

The facility is fancy with shops inside. They also have a very nice and big gym and a pool. The brekfast at the restaurant was good and abundant i just had to ask black cooffe and yogurt everytime because everything is just Chinese style with chinese kind of food and they have different varieties of tea but for have a cup of black coffee you have to ask. The facility is close to the train station and bus terminal. The room is big and comfortable.

The staff (Emy, Mika, Lucy, Cindy, and Jenny )were always incredibly helpful, assisting me with finding taxis and explaining directions to different places. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel is located right next to Qingchuange Temple, which adds a unique and peaceful atmosphere. While it is not directly in the city center, taking a taxi is the best option to get there quickly, and it's quite affordable. One of the highlights is the spa center which offers relaxing massages and stays open until 2:00 AM perfect for unwinding after a long day. Additionally, being next to the river provides a wonderful experience; you can go for a morning run along the water or use the gym, which has basic equipment to stay fit. Right in front of the hotel, there is a boat station, making it easy to cross the river and visit the Yellow Crane Tower. Another great convenience is that no adapters are needed to charge your phone—the outlets are compatible with EU and USA connections.The hotel is clean, and every day they provide fresh towels and bottled water. Overall, this hotel offers a peaceful and convenient stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!
