They helped us book train, museum, and theater tickets, helped us with our Alipay, gave us detailed directions to wherever we were going, and even helped us with our Chinese. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to do our laundry and they offered us a variety of cleaning services. The breakfasts were excellent, varied, and healthy. We'd have given them a 20, if possible. We'll definitely return next time we're in Chengdu.

The place is so beautiful. It’s a museum in the middle of the city and in the middle of our times. The best place you can stay if you want to have very interesting experience. Everything else was just impeccable.

View from hotel, I was on 20th floor, 3 lighting building I could see, window can open little to get fresh air. I stayed 2 weeks so free laundry machine, dryer was so helpful. Free laundry services also provided. Hotel gave me Chinese style afternoon ticket at hotel 5th floor. Amenity was also good, liked room shoes, they have mobile battery which you can use your stay. Room cleaning service lady was very nice and kind.
