New hotel, comfortable and functional and minimalist rooms with firm bed and ok not too soft pillows. Has a small gym, and a restaurant. About 10 mins ride away from an awfully big mall (SM city) with a hypermart which the locals told us about which was very useful for us to get meals and do some shopping. Otherwise, there are also spa and food and smaller supermarket options in the vicinity of the hotel. Cheap and good for one night's stay.
